Lesson #42 - Tis Better To Give...

**Don't forget to enter my giveaway HERE...or click on the "Get Rewarded" button for other giveaway information!!**

My post today is a request from a fabulous lady - who you will all come to love very soon. You see, The Candy Wrapper Recycler is a genius person whom I have come to know and love. She lives in New York and has this great little Etsy site dedicated to consuming all that is FABULOUS in the world (including Cheetos, Starbucks and Reece's PBC) and then turning the wrappers into great little purses, clutches, cell phone holders and MORE!

The Candy Wrapper Recycler will be sponsoring a giveaway in March - so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, though, she asked if I knew of a way to get her a specific wrapper. With all of the parents who follow my blog-diggity, I knew it would be difficult. You see, in the past she has made diaper bags out of the plastic diaper packages (not the boxes), but her source of said packaging has dried up. If you are willing and able to contribute the packaging - sans diapers - then she will be able to offer this fabulous product again! So, instead of throwing those wrappers away...please leave me a comment stating your interest to help. I will be in contact with you and provide a mailing address. Thanks bunches...pink puffy heart you!

"Pink puffy heart for you"...I LOVE it!!

Thanks for your comment earlier...I agree, why do somethings become so "high school". We're beyond that!

So sorry, tho'...no plastic diaper wrappers for you! ;)

I always save bags, boxes and wrappers, so many uses.

As the daughter of an environmental activist, I think it is fantastic that she is putting those wrappers to good use. I especially love the Klondike Bar one that she made.

I don't have plastic diaper wrappers (for obvious reasons), but I'll mention it to some of my friends.

My little girl was just potty trained {thank god} so I will not be buying any more diapers...EVER!!!

But my niece is due in two weeks and I will see what I can collect for your friend.

I'll look for that address. We usually buy boxes, but sometimes on a whim, we buy plastic packaged diaps. I flipped out on your post below!! Whew!!
